Refund Policy

At Koral House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day free return policy to ensure that your shopping experience is as easy and stress-free as possible.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange, as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unused.

  • Original Packaging: All products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.

Certain items, such as sale or personalized/customized products, may be ineligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us if you’re unsure.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at yakoubstudio@outlook.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you want to return the item.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (if applicable).

  3. Ship the Item Back: Send the item back to us at the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.

Please note: The cost of return shipping will be covered by Koral House, so you will not be responsible for shipping fees for eligible returns within the 30-day return window.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

  • If you paid for shipping, the cost of standard shipping will also be refunded along with your product.


4. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at yakoubstudio@outlook.com to arrange the exchange. We’ll guide you through the process, and if the item is in stock, we will send out the new product to you free of charge.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Gift cards

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at yakoubstudio@outlook.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and will arrange for either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
